Sleep Conversation Starters

  1. Review what the three stages of sleep are, and discuss why you think each one is important in the sleep cycle. Which one do you think you are in when your alarm goes off?
  2. Imagine your very own sleep gym. What kind of classes would there be and what kind of devices would you have? A snore stopper? A blankie burrito wrap machine?
  3. Talk about your sleep hygiene with your family and how much sleep you get. What could you do before bed to sleep well and be prepared for the next day?
