TINKERCAST’S WOW IN THE WORLD TO LAUNCH WOW ON WHEELS EXPERIENCE IN SEVEN CITIES THIS MAY AND JUNE

The experiential mobile tour sponsored by CLIF Kid will journey around the US with stops in Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis

Montclair, NJ– May 9, 2022 –Tinkercast, the creators of Wow in the World, the #1 podcast for kids that explores the coolest stories in science, technology, and innovation, announced today that it will bring its wonders on the road with a brand new experiential mobile tour WOW on Wheels. The tour is sponsored by CLIF Kid, makers of Zbar, the organic snack bar made to fuel kids’ active bodies and imaginations. Beginning in May, Wow in the World co-host Mindy Thomas’ renovated ice-cream truck turned mini-museum of science and wonder will be coming to seven cities across the United States this summer. Each stop will host fun activities celebrating science, wonder and creativity. 

Designed for children ages 6-11, WOW on Wheels is free of charge and designed for grown ups to enjoy with their kids. There will be two activations per market. Visitors to Wow on Wheels will get to participate in community art projects and scavenger hunts designed for kids and grownups to explore the wonder in the world and share how they add WOW to the world. In each city, attendees will be asked to bring an item of a specific color small enough to fit into the palm of a hand to help create a rainbow collage of WOW. 

“When I spruced up the old ice-cream truck, I knew it would be the perfect way to immerse kids and their adults in the wonders of Wow in the World – in person,” said Mindy Thomas, co-creator and co-host of Wow in the World. “I can’t wait to see the expressions on our Wowzers faces when they see all of the fun activities at Wow on Wheels. We’ll be bringing them away from the screens and into the coolest things the world can offer – now IRL.”
